[ARC5] TCS RF ammeter or thermocouple replacement

I've did that as a matter of course years ago, and again today. External 
series RF Ammeters
will show more than 1 A against the TCS meter showing max 1/4 A:  need 
nearly a dead short
for it to approach 1A. It is definitely defective.
