[ARC5] ARC-5 Web Site available

The ARC5 list has a web site that I can use for posting ARC-5 related
materials, courtesy of qth.net.  The URL is http://www.qth.net/arc5/  Right
now I have only uploaded a single picture to serve as a "place holder" in
the directory.  If anyone has relevant materials they would like to make
available and needs a site to post it please feel free to email me and make
arrangements.  If there is enough material I can build some real pages for
it.

 

I think it would be especially useful to have a reference site for
photographs, basic specs, and comparisons of the equipment so that
less-familiar readers would have a quick and easy place to see just what is
being discussed.  I know that often when discussions begin about some models
I often scramble around and try to at least find a picture of the item so
that I can say "Oh, yeah!  I remember those things."

 

Of course just about any related thing such as manuals, articles, charts,
etc. would be considered as long there are no copyright problems.  Some of
you post things on the auction sites and usually include a picture.
Naturally it wouldn't be proper to just go and start grabbing copies of your
image for the ARC5 web site but, after the auction, you might consider
contributing a copy here for reference.

 

Anyway, think it over.  If you have something to contribute let me know.
