[ARC5] TCS Xtals

I did a quick check of radio spectrum usage and 3 MHz +/- was generally
assigned to aeronautical mobile applications. However I'd expect that a
"rock" like this may have been used as a calibrator marker (as well) --
I believe 3 MHz also is in the frequency area of many naval , coast guard
and
government /official communications services, used back then. I picked up
items like these xtals when I was a kid visiting Manhattan's Radio Row in
the
1950-60's -- we called it "Cortlandt Street" although there were also
several
places on Canal Street and points in between -- the Cortlandt St. area was
condemned and torn down to make room for the Twin Towers.
