[ARC5] WWII blimps over NYC Re: USN WWII Airship Radio Gear

Incidentally, the modification that resulted in a DZ in blimps being a DZ-a 
was that the loop operating rod and support is on the bottom of the 
controller-indicator with the rod extending through the floor of the control cabin.
