[ARC5] BC-946 Tuning capacitor removal and panel straightening

 If you have a BFO coil from a bc-453, you can open it up and lift the lead to
one of the two caps inside (if I remember correctly, the button cap). Close it
back up and install it per normal in the BC band unit. I don't know if the BFO
signal that is heard is a fundamental or a harmonic, but it does work.

But the BFO coils from the '453 are not always easy to find.
