[ARC5] Abrams Main Battle Tank Gets Radio Upgrade.

Actually, the BC-453 was only installed in the M1A1-D6 for use in Blue 
states.  The main gun was also changed to a .177 caliber spring-operated unit.  
The Lend Lease version for Russian service was equipped with the 19 MK-II, 
supplied by a Surplus dealer in Missassauga.
