Assuming the infinite gain of the 1-inch longwire on Zero meters,
A mini-Black Hole forms at the end of the antenna.
If you don't get too close and cross the Event Horizon,
which would instantly spaghetti-fy you, your shack and possibly 
the entire planet, relativistic forces at the tip of the antenna
will bring an end to "local" space and time.
You will, therefore, be able to QSO all stations that
were on the air in the past, those on in the future and
stations everywhere in the entire universe.
DXCC should be pretty easy, but I don't know if 
the ARRL will accept contacts made via spark or sub-space.
I heard that, circa 2217 A.D., the SSB Nazis 
were starting nets in the sub-space window.....
