[ARC5] BC-453 BFO tuning range

The capacitor had been disconnected by a previous user (now I recollect that
this
unit at one time had had a front panel BFO control added - bad idea, since
this
introduced BFO harmonics into the front end). Restored the wiring inside the
BFO can and now the tuning range spans 85kHz nicely.

Incidentally, the inside of the BFO can is a small work of art. There are
two
air variable trimmers in there, with the adjusting rod turning a small gear
that
drives the two capacitors. Neat.
