[ARC5] Capacitor analyzers

Well!

I just bought a SEMCOR model RC-115 capacitor analyzer off eBay for a 
total of around $50.00 shipped.

Upon examination of the manual, available on BAMA, I find that the 
SEMCOR is an almost exact copy of the Sprague Tel-Ohmike TO-5.

Tubes are identical, the schematic is identical except in minor layout (the 
SEMCOR's is more logical), and the parts are identical.

Even the "look" of it is so close to being the same that if the names weren't 
printed on the fronts you would think they were very slightly different models 
of the same instrument.

I wonder if SEMCOR was Sprague's "night shift" or if SEMCOR routinely 
ripped off other company's stuff?
