[ARC5] Inductor De3sign Question

I am looking at designng and building an inductor for an LC oscillator for
a LORAN-A simulator.

The thing needs to be about 50-100 uH at about 2 MHz with a minimum Q of 50.

I'm considering:

A small torroid of 67 materal
A small cup core of 67 material
An air core coil, like an IF transformer, in a can
An air core coil with a slug in a can.

I need stability of better than .5% over 20F around room temperatrure.

Any suggestions?
