I sent Steve an e-mail yesterday asking what the AN-73 was. I've
heard of the AN-74, but not the AN-73. I haven't heard back yet.

Which presumably was the AN-74-A.

That's a broadband VHF mast antenna for 100 to 156 MHz. But then,
so is the AN-74-A.

The AN-104-* has a SO-239 coax connector at the bottom, so it uses
the common PL-259 and what passed for RG-8/U coax of that time.
But...I'm still not sure if Steve has something that actually uses
something called the AN-73 (whatever that is), rather than the
AN-74-A that we seem to be assuming.
