[ARC5] Whatsit???

It's a test signal source for a radar, we have one at the Ft.
MacArthur Museum in San Pedro, CA. Originally battery powered, the
offered unit has an AC supply kluged in. Frequency chart on the side
keys back to the National "HRO" dial on the front panel. I don't
recall the frequency range offhand.
