[ARC5] New ARC-5 Transmitter Discovered

Correct, of course.  The seller has "ARC-5" on the brain.  BC-655-A is a 
ground Target Transmitter tuning 17.5 to 158 MC, P/O DF sets SCR-555, 556 & 
575.  It was used during setup for alignment of the DF station.
