[ARC5] Pi Are Round...

I tried to do that with Bolean Algebra notation,
where you put a line over a factor to indicate "not"
operation: for instance, a line over "R" would mean
"R(not)". Also, there was the "ceiling function," 
which means "round up to the next integer." 
So you could write it on paper like this:
