[ARC5] [Milsurplus] ARB dynamotor

I show the dynamotor as marked BD-12719 and RCA K-865568-1.  Output rating 
260 VDC 70 mA.  If it has a Navy Type Number, that isn't listed in the 
manual.  The manual says that you can draw 12 mA from the AUX power connector on 
the front.  So a unit rated 60 mA should work, and 250 vice 260 VDC won't 
hurt anything.  Fortunately, the manual also states that both negative brush 
holders are grounded, which increases the available options.
