[ARC5] Fw: Receiver current drain

Even though my sets run off a nominal 60V, there is sufficient undistorted
audio available when a proper matching transformer is used.  I've also run
90V B+ and both overall gain and audio drive improve as expected.  The key
is not to tolerate a poor 12A6 to speaker impedance match situation.
