I based the value of 400 ohms on the 12A6 published data:
plate voltage 250v
grid bias -12.5v
screen voltage 250v
screen m/A 3.5/5.5
plate m/A 30/32
load resistance 7.5K
watts output 3.4
(ARRL Handbook 1963).

12.5v @ 33 m/A plate+screen current calculates to a little
less than 400 ohms. 390 ohm should do the trick.
