[ARC5] BC-455-B Modification

Hi,

While going through some modified ARC-5 stuff, I came across a BC-455-B
with a modified coil pack on the under side. It has 10 M written on it in
pencil and the Glyptal on the screws is clearly broken.

Anybody have any ideas what it might have suffered?
