[ARC5] 211's

Those 211's or VT-4-C pictured in 250947866662 are gassy and blown anyway, 
they might work for a few moments until the filaments burn out. The getters 
need to be bright silver and at least half way up the tube to be any good. 
Brown, Black or milky coloured getters are generally soft or gassy. 
(probably about 20- 30% of the tubes you see on ebay are soft or getting 
that way.)
