[ARC5] Mildew Removal

Suggest scrubbing bubbles followed by and large quantity of distilled
water using a hand pump sprayer, paint isle at home depot, that stuff
eats dirt and mildew. Others may have better suggestions. I had a bc221
AK that had bad case of mildew - on and in the case and under the
chassis. It had fungal proof all over it. Had to de-ox the switches,
fixed it right up.
