If you'll go to
http://aafradio.org/NASM/Enola_Avionics_Descriptions_-_Radio_Op.htm, you
will see decals all over the place, but I do not know from experience if
there is a ink jet paper that will produce exactly the same effect. We
get the graphics department at NASM to make them for the aircraft
collection, but I have no idea what they use to do it. The difficulty
with ink jet printing is that there is no white ink available for it
(except for one old model that I seem to recall hasn't been made in a
long time.) That limits your options. However, I've read some good
things about Lazertran products and intend to try them one of these days
- http://www.lazertran.com/ is the link. The ink jet product stays
white in unprinted areas unless you spray it with real turpentine.
