[ARC5] More Data on GF and RU-2

OK.  I had forgotten that someone (probably you) had mentioned the early 
junction boxes having a selector switch for Receiver Only.  I mentioned the 
RU-3A mainly because it wasn't mentioned in your previous, and was mentioned 
in the RU-5 manual as being able to use some of the RU-5 components (mainly 
coils, I think).
