After scrounging around my HD for a while, I finally found the solid state
conversions for the BC-348Q, BC-611 and receiver portion of the AN/GRC-9 I
was pretty sure I had. They came from a website no longer available, the
last updates being in 2005.
The conversions are simply FET replacements for the tubes and, with the
exception of a couple minor and reversible changes to the RT-77 Rx, do not
alter the circuits at all. They all run on 27v (three 9v batteries in
series) with the RT-77 also needing a 1.5v bias battery.
Because I'm such a wonderful guy (and if you believe that, I've got some
oceanfront land available in Nebraska for you), I zipped up the appropriate
files for anyone who wants them.
