[ARC5] FETs and ---odes

There was a good article on "Synthesizing Vacuum Tubes" in the August 1997 
issue of QEX, pages 17 - 21, with a correction in the November 1997 issue, 
page 14. The tubes synthesized includes a 6SK7 and a 6SL7.
