[ARC5] Differences between RU-16 Through RU-19

Which of course raises the question of why in the Command Set versions the 
bias resistor was in the dynamotor in the first place.  But we are probably 
some 20 years beyond having anyone to ask the question of.  It might be 
instructive to know whether the 233 or the 133 plug was quoted at a lower price.
