[ARC5] Command set history

Mike,
I've reread my mail a couple of times  and I can see it l was not as precise 
as it might have been and could easlily be interpreted as my asking about 
the general Command Set history.
I try to be very precise but at the same time try not be tiresome by 
overdoing it with too much detail.
