[ARC5] Fw: BC-453/Q5er Converter

I didn't go into CQ's website - something about being able to read the first 
several pages if you're not a paying subscriber - worth a try.
Couldn't find the more recent ariticle on the internet BUT did find and 
downloaded his earlier version of the same idea. (Seems that W6TNS was a 
pioneer in many areas of Ham radio, including OSCAR sattelite.) Just google 
Novice Q5'er and W6TNS or I contact me off thread and I can send the article 
as attachment. (I'm not 100% certain that the later article was also 
published in CQ, although all references in it are to CQ. Also 'Surplus 
Conversions' were common  in CQ then.
