I did not say anything bad about Mike. I have known him for well over 30
years and we made a lot of deals over those years. It just seems to me,
knowing him that long, and real well, that this would be right up his alley.
It is amazing the rare stuff he used to dig up, especially as related to
early wireless radios, and later, audio stuff, and then he started on WWII
military as well. He had a lot of mouths to feed. 73 - Mike

I don't think Mike Payne bought it; I talked with him about it.
He didn't sound hopeful, but I guess he could have gone to take a look.
It's a short trip for him.
If you see him sell an ART-13 with a big hole cut in the front,
then he bought it ;-).
I know others have differing opinions, but I've known
Mike for many years. He's broken bread at my home.
He has more passion for our old stuff than any four of us
and he has always treated me better than I deserve.
He's a good and decent man whom I trust.
