Sent the seller an message with a correction on the vintage of the hardware.  Did not have the patience for all the pictures to load but it looks like he has most of the parts for a complete system.

I don't think BT-13's were used by the USAF after WWII but I think some went into the CAP.  Interesting that it has what looks like a UHF converter in terms of size but but is labeled as a VHF transmitter; don't think I have seen one of those before.
