[ARC5] BC-221 - LM Frequency meter, sub chassis

Hi Les

I'd be very interested in knowing  the details of your experiment as it 
progresses.
( For the fun of it, I've coupled my BC-221's to antennnas a couple of times
just to see if I could hear any signals and of course I could, though hardly 
audible)
