[ARC5] BC-221or LM Freq meter

I don't have any for the LM's but in the event someone should decide to go 
to the trouble to do this for a BC-221, I have blank calibration books for 
several models (all single-letter, I think).  They would work for any model 
except you'd have to edit the model letter several places.  $10 shipped USA, 
slightly more for foreign.
