[ARC5] BC-221or LM Freq meter

Here is link to a site that has programs for generating a calibration
book. I found it a while back when I was looking for info on some 221's I
picked up that didn't have their cal books. But, before I could try these
programs I got a 221 in very good condition with it's calibration book.
