[ARC5] BC-221/LM-14 Calibration Chart - How to Calibrate, QST '65

I found this reference from QST.  I have not seen the article, but believe it is relevant. I have two of these units (or the similar BC-221 set) and gave a working unit to Geoff Linthorne, VK2GL, who uses it to tune his "copy" suitcase set.  - Les
