[ARC5] Collins Mechanical Filters

While looking for my junk for a 500K audio taper pot with switch to repair an old National receiver I found instead a couple of seemingly NOS Collins mechanical filters.

One is F 455 Z 4, which is an 455 KHZ USB filter and the other is a F 455 Z 5 which is an 455 KHZ LSB filter

Any of y'all happen to know what set these might fit?
