There are tons of them. What exactly are you trying to do. I remember in the
early 70's using the Signetics ULN2111. However, that is only one of many.
Since I used them with repeaters, they were all NBFM. What is a Borg

has anyone developed a single-chip NBFM detector?
Not having much luck finding anything that doesn't require
a handful of external descrete parts.
Working on a "Borg Implant" for a BA.
