TM11-200 is indeed frustrating.  You have to thumb through several 
variations of the component in question until you find the original 
number.  On the TM-AF-172 junction box, it lists 419 as:


Switch, Toggle,, SPST, 3 Amp, 250v, #8280 modified.
TRANS-REC  REC.-ONLY switch
Manufacturer: - Cutler Hammer


Getting these sets working, at least from Dave Stinson's description of 
his interesting work with the system, is a fascinating challenge.   
There is a lot of RF running around that needs some shielding, and a 
good ground plane for everything to attach to (like there is inside an 
aircraft) is a good thing... :-)
