[ARC5] MORE Postal Restrictions!

"Note: Priority Mail International users are limited 
   to a maximum of 5 items per package."

And my local Postmaster is telling me that the new requirements
say we have to describe *every* part, even single resistors,
with weights (!) and that descriptions like "old radio parts" 
will get the package rejected and sent back to you.  
"Homeland Security" orders.
This sucks.....
