[ARC5] Tool Set goes with which radio? And another question

It took some digging in the maintenance manual as (a) I have never 
physically seen or owned one and (b) it is out of normal order everywhere that it 
appears in the manual.  But there was also the C-43/ARC-5, which controls two 
tunable receivers plus one R-28.
