[ARC5] Heater wiring - 12V vs 24v

I think the complete list is very short.  Several have mentioned the
R-148/ARC-5X.  Add to that the two really rare 12-vdc RAT receivers,
CBY-46083 (13.5 to 20 MC) and CBY-46084 (20 to 27 MC), plus the
several A.R.C. Type 12 receivers that were available in 12-vdc versions,
and I believe you'd have a complete list.

The only BCB receiver in 12-vdc would be a 12-vdc version of the R-10A 
from the A.R.C. Type 12 system.
