[ARC5] Test set help

There were, that I know of, four of these BC-221 look-alikes covering 
higher frequency ranges.

TS-173(*)/U        90-360 MC
TS-174(*)/U        20-280 MC
TS-175(*)/U        85-1000 MC
TS-323(*)/U        20-480 MC

Note that I'm not certain where I got the TS-174 coverage information from. 
 It's the only one I have no manuals on, and I acknowledge that it looks 
odd compared to the TS-323.  I have four of the things but none here at home.

Most came in the base model plus some rev's (up to C on some).

Of those which I checked the manuals on, the oscillator vasic coverage (as 
with the BC-221 itself( begins at the bottom of the range.  TS-323 20-40 MC 
and TS-175 85-200 MC.
