That is one of the either an NDB or airport transmitting 
frequencies. Since this was so long ago, it would probably 
be somewhat difficult to discover what the call of the station 
might have been. If you knew the date the airplane went 
down, you could probably back-track it.

Sound like a military interplane frequency to me, coupled 
with the receiver frequency listed above of 6.43 MHz. The 
difference might simply be that either the receiver or the 
transmitter was slightly out of calibration. They were 
probably on the same frequency.

A common commercial civilian airport frequency. The 
airports of the time usually listened on 3.105 and 
transmitted on some MF frequency....like 401 Khz.
