[ARC5] externally generated noise from switching controllers.

Hello Michael,
The company I work for, Poolstore International, makes and sells waterproof (submersible) pool lighting.  The poolstore lights consist of a series parallel circuit of (about 48 or 51 LEDs).  Three LEDs are connected in series with a limiting resistor.  Power comes from a 12V transformer, feeding a bridge rectifier.

Very expensive, but very quiet.
