I have a manual somewhere but most of my library is packed due to a 
remodeling project.
The attenuator is silver plated and subject to external corrosion. Clean 
carefully with a small brass wire brush.
Usual cleaning methods for rest of unit.
Nobody uses them any more except for a test VOR. The high output puts out 
about 1 volt RF and hooked to an external antenna can be picked up for a 
mile or more. Kinda dangerous these days.
