Oh really? Maybe people in the US are also saying 'joodge' for judge these
days ? I had a Danish girl friend who grew up in Ireland, and she (and most
other Irish I knew) would say things like 'boodge' for budge and 'goood' for
good -- maybe it's contagious <\;0). What about clutch, touch and much -
I'd hate to think it's 'mooch,' now-a-days- but there is a linguistic
phenomenan known as vowel shift (not to be confused with 'bowel shxt').
Better stop here!
I'll take your word for it Ian - cause your over there and I'm over here
(right in front of my keyboard, writing QRN).
