[ARC5] North American O-47 at NASM still has her radios

Hello all,

 

Here is a web page with photos of a jewel at the National Air and Space
Museum. This O-47 is as original as the day she came out of service. She has
a BC-307A transmitter, BC-224 receiver and a BC-310 radio compass with
remote head as well as the local control. I didn't know they did both local
and remote control on that set.

 

I also thought it was interesting that the SCR-238 was the only
communication set in the O-47. Liaison only and no Command gear?
