[ARC5] Modulator chassis taken

Wow

I received way more replies for this item than I
thought I would.  So I simply drew numbers.
and the chassis is on its way to a good home.

I was surprised, some years back, I put up something
similar on the list, a good foundation for a project,
and received no-none-zip-nada replies. I was actually
thinking the same would happen here and would it be
worth the effort to even list it.

The sad part is, all the responders were deserving.
