[ARC5] Airplane radios in tanks

The B set was for inter-AFV very short range communications.

It was sort of a Liason / Command setup (A Set = Liason; B Set = Command)

Sadly, the B set was a regen and performed poorly, or so I'm told. I've
always wanted to actually try one out. The concept was fairly advanced.
