[ARC5] Tropical Coating

My business is rebuilding electric utility control equipment, one
manufacturer used a conformal coating that looks very similar to the MFP,
and yes, it does clog desoldering equipment! This mfr got away from it and
went to a silicone resin type coating in the late 70's.
