[ARC5] colour of ARC products

The A.R.C. Type 12 and Type 15 sets are Postwar and painted gray wrinkle.  
Except that most mounting plates are unpainted.  However, I have come across 
the occasional AN/ARC-5 receiver (don't think I ever saw a transmitter) 
that had been overhauled and repainted gray by an outfit in FL.
