[ARC5] 2-ARB R-not 2-ARB? DAT R D ??

Was repairing my two ARB receivers today and found one
of them had been "lightening bit."  The 1-KOhm resister between
the trailing antenna and the fixed antenna posts was fried to white ash
and the neon bulb used to protect the front-end, flashed silver inside,
was a dead short.  I've never seen a neon bulb short before, but 
this one sure is.  Lubed the dynos and cleaned them up, aligned 
them and they came right up.  The "Sharp" and "Broad" actually
work and pretty well.  Surprised me.
Now to get a baseboard on which to build the station.
Man, this thing is gonna be heavy...
